Opportunity Overview
We have an immediate opening for a Patient Services Representative to join our team at Shady Grove Fertility in Cary, North Carolina
- Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
This role provides the opportunity to grow within a nationally respected organization while remaining closely connected to the patients and teams you support every day.

In this role, the Patient Services Coordinator will:
- Welcome patients and visitors to the office
- Answer and assist all incoming telephone calls
- Schedule appointments using a computerized scheduling system and conducting follow‑up calls when necessary
- Provide timely and accurate information and quality customer service to incoming patient inquiries
- Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal, financial, and insurance information
What You’ll Bring

Qualifications and Skills Include:
- High school diploma;
Associates degree or Business School diploma - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service‑related position
- Knowledge of office procedure and office machines (i.e. computer, fax, copier, etc.)
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to communicate accurately and concisely
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in an ever‑changing environment
