Requirement/Must Have:

• Associate s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with SAP and HRIS systems.
• Three to five years of experience in a customer-focused, fast-paced environment.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Ability to interpret and explain complex pay rules.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks based on payroll deadlines and business impact.

• Experience in maintaining, auditing, and correcting timecards.
• Experience resolving payroll system errors and managing escalations.
• Experience partnering with payroll, HR, and management teams.

• Maintain, audit, and correct timecards, including complex and high-impact corrections.
• Create new schedules and process ongoing schedule changes to support operational needs.
• Perform historical timecard corrections after payroll periods have closed.
• Interpret and explain complex pay rules to stakeholders.
• Create, analyze, and validate time and pay data.
• Resolve SAP payroll workpool errors.
• Maintain documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Respond to timekeeping and payroll support requests.
• Investigate and resolve system-related errors.
• Partner with payroll, HR, and management on escalated issues.
• Prioritize workload to meet payroll processing deadlines.
