Position: Application Production Support

Application Production support (L2/L3)

Full-time

Cary, NC

Job Summary:
  • Should have 8+ years of Application support experience as L2 Support Engineer
  • Experience in Java, Oracle and Unix, Primary Skill - Java
  • 8+ years of experience in Production support handling application support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve critical and complex tickets, Production incidents, Service requests.
  • Root cause analysis for production incidents, and implement necessary preventive measures to reduce future defects.
  • Maintain the existing application by resolving/troubleshooting/debugging issues occurring in application.
  • Should have experience in handling production outages related to application
Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $95000 per year

Pay Range Maximum: $155000 per year

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program;
