Responsibilities
- Monitor, detect, and respond to security events across enterprise network, cloud, and endpoint environments using SIEM and security monitoring tools.
- Configure, manage, and optimize network security controls, including next-generation firewalls (NGFW) and Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) solutions such as ZTNA, CASB, and secure web gateways.
- Support Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives by maintaining secure authentication, authorization, and least-privilege access controls across systems and platforms.
- Administer and utilize Microsoft security technologies, including Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Sentinel, and Microsoft Entra /Azure Active Directory, to investigate incidents and strengthen security posture.
- Implement, maintain, and continuously improve security configurations, policies, procedures, and architecture in alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with IT, cloud, infrastructure, and business teams to perform security triage, recommend remediation actions, and drive continuous security improvements across global platform
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, security operations, cloud security, network security, SIEM, or related disciplines.
- Hands-on experience with security tools related to Identity, Firewall, Cloud, and SIEM (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Entra /Azure AD, Okta, Duo, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Zscaler, Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, OCI).
- Strong understanding of IAM principles, network security controls, and cloud security architectures.
- Experience communicating security risks and remediation strategies clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency with scripting or automation tools such as Python, Power Shell, KQL, or Ansible preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and organizational levels.
