Work Schedule:
Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. Our data scientists develop ML solutions that help generate revenue, enhance user experience, and ensure that state-of-the-art GenAI systems run safely and securely.
We are seeking highly skilled Data Scientists to join our growing team. This role will support enterprise initiatives across machine learning model development, Responsible AI, governance, and emerging generative AI innovations. You will partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and risk partners to deliver high-quality ML solutions and tools, and ensure responsible, effective deployment of AI solutions.
Successful candidates will be hands-on with data and modeling, while also demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to influence across a complex this role, you will lead the development and deployment of cutting-edge machine learning and generative AI/agent solutions that drive business transformation. You will design and implement advanced models utilizing experimentation, multi-modal data, and the latest AI techniques to solve complex problems and unlock new opportunities.
As a technical expert and innovator, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our AI systems are robust, responsible, and deliver measurable impact.
You will also lead the architectural design and development of state-of-the-art machine learning, generative AI, and agent systems that enhance user experience, drive revenue, and ensure operational excellence.
* Lead experimentation initiatives, leveraging A/B testing, and novel AI approaches to continuously improve model performance and business outcomes.
* Advance responsible AI practices by integrating governance, ethical considerations, and security into every stage of model development and deployment.
* Develop and maintain trustworthy benchmarks and operational performance monitoring for predictive models and GenAI and agentic systems.
* Incorporate sophisticated algorithms, experimental design, and emerging AI methodologies to solve real-world challenges and push the boundaries of innovation.
* Identify and champion new business opportunities by proposing and delivering innovative AI-driven solutions that create tangible value and competitive advantage.### The Skills You Bring

* Required:
*** 5+ years of experience in machine learning and data science.
* Bachelor's degree.
* Strong coding skills in Python
* Familiarity with cloud data environments such as AWS, Snowflake, Sagemaker, etc.
* Demonstrated technical leadership in developing and delivering AI/ML solutions in a production setting.
* Strong collaboration skills and growth mindset.
** Nice-to-Haves:
*** Graduate degree.
* Git Hub handle and repositories.
* Hands-on GenAI/agent and ML engineering experience e.g. using Lang Chain, Hugging Face, vector databases etc.
* Familiarity with Responsible AI principles, governance frameworks, or Model Risk Management especially in a finance setting.
