Must have

  • Undergraduate degree in management information systems, mathematics, business administration, or related fields.
  • Desired: PMI PMP Certification with expert-level knowledge in program and project management.
  • Minimum of ten years of program management experience, preferably in senior or executive roles, with progressively larger portfolios and direct reports.
  • Background in IT program management, business transformation, or enterprise-scale project delivery preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, facilitation, negotiation, and presentation.
  • Proven technical, project, and people leadership abilities.
  • Solid understanding of AI capabilities and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to successfully lead multi-functional teams in high-stakes situations.
  • Advanced knowledge of program management methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
Responsibilities
  • Direct and oversee the enterprise-wide AI program portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals across three AI program pillars:
    Foundational, Flagship, and Everyday AI.
  • Act as an industry expert and key contributor to the AI program, analyzing market trends, AI adoption practices, and the competitive landscape.
  • Establish and manage financial processes and business case methodologies to maximize the AI programs value.
  • Collaborate with finance, technology, and business units to create a model for centralized and federated capabilities.
  • Lead project teams, resolve issues, mitigate risks, and execute the program roadmap effectively.
  • Oversee the delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary projects across IT, business processes, and technical domains.
  • Spearhead change management initiatives to facilitate AI adoption, including communication and stakeholder alignment.
  • Align program objectives and outcomes with business value, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of AI initiatives.
  • Identify emerging technology opportunities and coordinate the necessary resources, funding, and communication to transform them into actionable products and processes.
