Looking for a Network Operations Center Technician
- Cary NC
- Fully onsite

No C2C, only W2 candidates

Join a customer-focused operations team supporting enterprise and public sector networks.

As a NOC Network Technician II
, you will provide real-time technical support, monitor incidents, troubleshoot network issues, and ensure timely resolution within SLA commitments.

You will also act as the customer advocate — escalating complex issues and collaborating with engineering teams to restore services quickly and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for customer network issues and incidents
  • Monitor ticket queues and ensure SLA-based resolution
  • Troubleshoot routing, switching, and wireless connectivity problems
  • Maintain and support devices within customer environments
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher support tiers
  • Document troubleshooting steps and interactions in ticketing systems
  • Mentor junior team members and share knowledge
  • Maintain confidentiality for customer and government environments
Skills:
  • 3–5 years of networking or NOC/service desk experience
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (routing, switching, wireless)
  • Fluent written and verbal English communication
  • Ability to work in a 24x7 operations environment
  • Eligibility to support government-hosted systems (security clearance capable)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • IT or related technical degree
  • CCNA, JNCIA, or equivalent certification
  • Experience in service provider or enterprise support environment
  • Familiarity with ITIL methodology
  • Experience with ticketing systems and incident management tools
