Job Description
- Assist in facilitating scrum events, daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
- Support the product owner in maintaining a healthy and well‑groomed product backlog.
- Help the team follow scrum principles and agile best practices.
- Track sprint progress using Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure Dev Ops, Trello).
- Identify and escalated impediments that affect team productivity.
- Encourage collaboration, transparency and continuous improvement within the team.
- Assist in collecting and reporting Agile metrics (velocity, burndown chart, etc.).
- Participate in Agile coaching sessions and training activities.
- Agile & Scrum Fundamentals

- Problem solving and conflict resolution
- Stakeholder communication, continuous improvement mindset
$80,000 to $90,000 per year
