Responsibilities- Providing pre and post-sales technical support for Cabinets & Power solutions during customer deployments and operational use
- Supporting carrier deployments through on-site and remote technical assistance
- Conducting customer and installer training sessions, both on-site and in classroom-style environments
- Supporting product demonstrations and technical overviews alongside Sales for customer engagements
- Assisting with customer trials and solution evaluations in coordination with Sales and Engineering
- Troubleshooting technical issues in the field, partnering closely with Technical Support and Engineering teams
- Reviewing system behavior, alarms, and field data to help diagnose and resolve issues
- Supporting Sales with technical input related to opportunities and customer requirements
- Assisting with competitive product reviews and technical comparisons
- Providing structured field feedback to PLM and Engineering to support product improvements and future development
- Hands-on experience with Cabinets and DC Power systems in live network environments
- Strong field experience supporting deployments, installations, or operational troubleshooting
- Ability to work directly with installers, contractors, and carrier customers in high-visibility situations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable delivering technical information to small groups and customer teams
- Ability to work effectively within a distributed, team-based environment
- Have direct experience supporting carrier deployments
- Have worked in field engineering, deployment, installation, or technical support roles within wireless telecom
- Can review alarm history or system data to assist in diagnosing power or cabinet-related issues
- Are comfortable managing customer escalations with professionalism and patience
- Have experience working alongside Technical Support, Engineering, or Product teams
- Bring a background as a Field Engineer, Deployment Engineer, Installation Lead, Site Supervisor, or similar
