This is NOT a traditional Oracle RAC production DBA role.
The manager is specifically seeking someone who has deep expertise supporting Oracle Financials / Oracle EBS applications in enterprise environments.
The ideal candidate will have experience administering and maintaining Oracle EBS R12.2 multi-node environments, database upgrades/patching, Azure cloud migrations, disaster recovery, performance tuning, and Linux administration.
Must-Haves- 8-10+ years of Oracle DBA / Oracle EBS Administration experience
- Strong experience with Oracle EBS R12.2
- Oracle Database 19c administration
- Oracle Financials / E-Business Suite support experience
- Oracle Data Guard
- RMAN backup/recovery
- Performance tuning (AWR, ASH, SQL tuning)
- Experience supporting Production environments
- Shell or Perl scripting
- Oracle Exadata
- Oracle APEX
- TDE (Transparent Data Encryption)
- Web Logic / Oracle Workflow / OAF support
- Comm Vault
- OEM Monitoring
- Install, configure, clone, and maintain Oracle EBS R12.2 environments
- Perform EBS patching (AD, TXK, PSU/CPU)
- Support Oracle 19c databases
- Manage backup/recovery and DR environments
- Tune database performance and troubleshoot production issues
- Support deployment activities and SDLC processes
- Partner closely with Development and Support teams
- Automate monitoring/reporting using shell or Perl scripts
- Enterprise Oracle Financials / EBS environment
- High visibility team with strong long-term project work
