* Oversee alignment of data governance practices with Non-Financial Risk (NFR), privacy, information security, data quality, and information lifecycle management requirements

* Establish standards and oversight for metadata, data lineage, data quality, and critical data consumption

* Manage stakeholder engagement across business, technology, risk, compliance, and data & analytics teams to ensure consistent governance adoption

* Develop and track governance maturity metrics, evidence-based reviews, and ongoing compliance monitoring

* Champion enterprise change management and act as a data governance evangelist across senior leadership forums

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree required

* 14+ years of experience leading enterprise-wide data governance, data quality, or data management programs within large, complex organizations

* Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive enterprise adoption through strong relationship-building and consensus facilitation

* Proven experience designing and evolving data governance frameworks, policies, and standards at scale

* Strong ability to communicate data-driven narratives and guide decision-making across technical and non-technical audiences

* Demonstrates strong business acumen by understanding value drivers across the business, including the role of AI - financially, operationally, competitively

Preferred:

* Master's degree

* Experience partnering closely with risk, compliance, privacy, and information security organizations

* Background supporting regulatory expectations and governance maturity initiatives in a highly regulated environment

* Change leadership expertise in embedding governance practices into enterprise transformation initiatives
