Senior Functional Systems Analyst

What You'll Need to Have- 5+ years of experience as a Functional Systems Analyst working with enterprise-level systems and complex integration environments (not transitioning from small-scale work)
- Proven track record working directly with business stakeholders to elicit requirements, validate concepts, and translate ideas into documented functional specifications
- Strong functional analysis background with experience optimizing workflows and user experiences across interconnected systems
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and operate at a high conceptual level while maintaining awareness of downstream impacts and cross-project dependencies
- Proficiency with Visio and workflow documentation tools to create clear, comprehensive system and process diagrams
- Experience with ordering, fulfillment, or reporting systems in retail or similar high-volume transaction environments is preferred
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to take initiative, identify the right stakeholders, and drive outcomes independently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative approach that builds relationships and avoids friction across teams
