Qualifications

The associate must have knowledge on Mortgage Insurance.

Mandatory:
Mortgage associates experienced in Servicing domain specifically Active, Default, and Secondary Market + MISMO to be considered for the role.

Requirements for “MISMO-certified” resources are best interpreted as a need for strong hands‑on expertise in MISMO standards (LDD, XML schemas, servicing data mappings), which can be effectively delivered through experienced domain and data professionals, supplemented by a small number of certified or certification‑track SMEs for compliance.

• Design, develop, and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models for enterprise data platforms.
• Build and optimize data models for Snowflake data warehouse environments.
• Write complex and optimized SQL queries for data transformation, validation, and analysis.
• Work with semi‑structured data (JSON) for ingestion, parsing, and transformation.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable data models.
• Implement best practices for data modeling, naming conventions, and documentation.
• Optimize data structures to improve performance, scalability, and data accessibility.
• Maintain data documentation, lineage, and metadata for enterprise datasets.
