Our enterprise-level client is seeking to add a Service Now Implementation Project Manager to work onsite in Cary, NC. Please see below for full details:

Scope:
Manage Service Delivery for Quote/Proposal Management Application (Service Now) as a proxy Product Owner/Application Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Review upcoming business change requests with multiple businesses.
• Document details of IT changes that will be occurring for the product.
• Coordinate and resolve gaps in information and prioritize the execution of changes along with the Business.
• Organize changes in sprints with the implementing teams.
• Proactive communication of timelines of changes and upcoming releases.
• Manage the timely delivery of work with multiple teams.
• Identify and escape Risk/delays proactively.
• Make sure all agreed documentation and sign offs are captured as per internal IT process.
• Coordinate Release management, test management, and change management in Azure Dev Ops.
• Manage Upgrade (Test / validation) of the application to next version of Service Now.
• Provide daily operational support to the Product Owner.

Skills:

• Experience managing medium to large sized projects in Agile or Hybrid way.
• Working experience in a large multinational, geographically diverse environment.
• Experience with Service Now based application development.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
• Problem solving and root cause identification skills.
• Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.
