An established and growing organization is seeking an experienced Net Suite Functional Consultant to join their team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a successful end-user environment, taking ownership of ERP projects and helping to drive business transformation initiatives.
The successful candidate will act as the Net Suite subject matter expert, working closely with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales to maximize the value of the ERP system.
The RoleAs the Net Suite Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for gathering business requirements, improving processes, and delivering ERP enhancements across the organization. You will play a key role in ongoing optimization projects, user engagement, and future system development.
This is a fully office-based position offering significant exposure to senior stakeholders and strategic ERP initiatives.
ResponsibilitiesLead Net Suite enhancement and optimization projects
Gather and document business requirements from key stakeholders
Configure Net Suite workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and reports
Support users across multiple departments and provide functional expertise
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
Collaborate with third-party vendors and implementation partners
Support system testing, upgrades, and new functionality rollouts
Create and maintain ERP documentation and training materials
Deliver user training and encourage system adoption across the business
Proven experience with Net Suite ERP
Previous experience as a Net Suite Consultant, Business Analyst, or Functional Lead
Strong understanding of finance, operations, inventory, and supply chain processes
Experience gathering requirements and delivering ERP solutions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast‑paced environment
