Marketing Analytics Manager (Technical / Data-Focused)
We are seeking a data-driven Marketing Analytics Manager to lead the development of scalable marketing analytics capabilities across our Mar Tech ecosystem. This role combines strategic marketing analytics with hands‑on technical expertise in data modeling, pipeline development, and reporting. The ideal candidate will bridge marketing, data engineering, and business stakeholders to drive measurable growth through high-quality data, actionable insights, and optimized marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities Marketing Analytics & Strategy- Define, standardize, and govern marketing KPIs, ensuring consistent tracking and reporting across channels
- Analyze marketing performance to generate actionable insights on demand generation, channel optimization, and campaign effectiveness
- Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to improve lead management, funnel performance, and conversion outcomes
- Translate complex data into clear recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Design and maintain scalable marketing data models within Snowflake
- Build and optimize data pipelines integrating Hub Spot, CRM, web analytics, and advertising platforms
- Lead data collection, integration, transformation, and validation across multiple marketing data sources
- Ensure data quality, governance, and accessibility for reporting and analytics use cases
- Troubleshoot data issues and implement monitoring processes to maintain reliable datasets
- Develop and manage scalable dashboards and reporting solutions in Power BI
- Automate reporting processes for marketing performance and business KPIs
- Enable self-service analytics for stakeholders through well-structured datasets and dashboards
- Partner with IT, data engineering, and data science teams on data architecture and long-term platform strategy
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations and Sales Operations to optimize system integrations and workflows
- Document analytics processes, data definitions, and SOPs to ensure consistency and scalability
- 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, data engineering, or related roles
- Strong experience with Snowflake (or similar cloud data platforms) and data modeling
- Hands-on experience building data pipelines and managing large-scale datasets
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data transformation and analysis
- Experience with marketing technologies (Hub Spot, CRM systems, web analytics, ad platforms)
- Strong experience with Power BI or similar BI tools for dashboard development
- Ability to connect technical solutions to marketing outcomes and business impact
- Combines technical depth with business acumen—driving decisions, not just building pipelines
- Strong problem-solver who can translate business needs into scalable data solutions
- Effective communicator across technical and non-technical audiences
