Lead Software Quality Assurance Analyst

Senior QA Analyst – Identify, plan and execute testing activities to ensure high quality software and compliance with regulatory statutes, policies and procedures.

• Test Web Application software including Java and .NET.
• Test Web Services.
• Test applications utilizing IBM MQ Series platform.
• Perform white-box tests.
• Create and maintain test plans, cases and summaries.
• Execute manual and automated test cases/scripts.
• Manage test data and perform data analysis.
• Define, maintain and organize input and output data.
• Develop and maintain quality repositories to assure quality data integrity (IBM DB2, Oracle, Sybase).
• Communicate QA risks, milestones, and status to QA lead or Project Manager.
• Review and verify functional and system requirements to ensure project deliverables pass QA criteria.
• Provide work estimates for testing activities.
• Assist in setup and maintenance of QA test environment and tools.
• Collect and report quality statistics and metrics.
• Record and monitor discovered defects and QA-related issues.
• Participate in quality related discussions.
• Promote continuous improvement.
• Improve test cycle duration through use of testing tools.

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of experience as Senior QA Analyst.
• 5+ years of experience in all aspects of functional testing across a broad set of technologies, including cloud technology, container-based microservices for sub‑UI testing, RESTful service testing, thin‑client testing (HTML/Angular), database testing, virtual service stub testing, and more.
• 3+ years of experience with Agile methodology.
• 5+ years of experience in QA automation development and scripting.
• 5+ years of experience in developing UI and Sub‑UI based scripts with tools such as Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Rational Integration Tester, Visual Studio, UFT, custom code.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science.
• Current or previous Labcorp experience.

• Expert knowledge in Test Plan and Test Case development.
• Expert with Mobile App testing.
• Expert knowledge with Test Automation Frameworks.
• Deep knowledge of user story to test case translation with methods like Gherkin/Cucumber or equivalent.
• Ability to grasp and distill highly complex user design issues into clean, understandable solutions.

• Selenium, Appium, Cypress, UFT, Rest Assured, Karate, Maven, Jenkins, Git.
• HP Load Runner, MS Visual Studio for Performance Testing Automation.
• IBM Rational Integration Tester, SoapUI, Postman for API Automation.
• MQ Series ETL, DB2, Oracle, and SQL Server validations.
• Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL.
