Pay Range: $100 - $120/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Tier-3 Network Operations for medium/large scale enterprise contact center networks.
• Manage and maintain Cisco routing and switching solutions (multiple datacenters).
• Manage/operate F5 load balancers.
• Manage/operate ACME SBCs.
• Optimize network performance and availability, operational incident management.
• Review ACL list/Firewall changes and partner with Security team for execution.
• Troubleshoot network performance issues, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Apply patches to devices for firmware and OS upgrades.
• Analyze network capacity to anticipate future needs.
• Develop/maintain network documentation: diagrams, configuration, and runbooks.
• Operate within a structured change management model.
• Support and implement changes during scheduled maintenance windows (Off hrs).
• Plan, test, and implement network changes. Communicate with stakeholders.
• Adhere to established policies and procedures and recommend new policy.
• Work closely with others to support projects and resolve escalated issues.
• Engage circuit repair teams as required to resolve connectivity issues.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior network engineers and staff.
• Stay current with industry trends, and emerging technology.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• The Manager is looking for candidates that possess Cisco ACI experience (he is seeing resumes with Cisco but not Cisco ACI which is a must).
• Interested in candidates only if they possess the required Cisco ACI experience.

  10+ years.
• 7-10 yrs of advanced experience in IP Network routing, switching, Cisco ACI, ACME SBC, Voice Networking, F5 Load balancing.
• Palo Alto Firewall experience, Juniper experience, general infrastructure support in a highly available, multi-datacenter environment.
