TE Connectivity in Wayne, PA is looking for an IT Senior Salesforce Functional Analyst - Digital Customer Solutions. Specializing in Salesforce and Sales Technologies, play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. Leverage Salesforce and other sales technologies to optimize and streamline business processes. Work with cross‑functional teams, stakeholders, and IT professionals to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring the successful implementation and enhancement of Salesforce solutions.

Work together with business stakeholders to recognize and document business processes, objectives, and requirements related to their technology needs. Conduct workshops and interviews to gather detailed and comprehensive business requirements. Act as the subject matter expert for digital sales and marketing technology platforms, providing guidance and best practices to ensure optimal system performance and data integrity. Utilize extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities to design and implement solutions that align with business goals.

Analyze and interpret complex data sets to derive actionable insights and recommendations. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications. Identify gaps and provide technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications and scale new and current systems, processes, and procedures in a cost‑effective manner. Create and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, and solution designs.

Ensure that documentation is clear, comprehensive, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

• Manage internal and external technical resources, identify, and mitigate project risks, including data security, quality, and timeframe.
• Facilitate maintenance, support, and upgrade of existing systems; coordinate and communicate system upgrades, enhancements, and changes with vendors and internal customers.
• Gather, analyze, and document requirements for the selection, implementation, integration, and support of enterprise information systems.
• Provide management and oversight of multiple complex technology projects and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels in formulating plans and activities to support project implementation.
• Coordinate and manage activities related to the design, configuration, and implementation of the organization's enterprise information systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (or foreign equivalent) plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, or similar tools.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, or Google Analytics.

• Enterprise systems analysis, with a focus on supporting digital sales and marketing teams in a manufacturing environment or any other industries.
• CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Marketing Automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua, Demand Base), CPQ.
• Sales Enablement tools and digital marketing analytics platforms like Salesforce Sales Cloud, Google Analytics & Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Genesys, Call Miner, Yellow Al & Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Project management skills with a track record of successfully leading complex technology projects from inception to completion.
• Agile project methodologies, including user stories, epics, and sprints.

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional level experience;
Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level.

Requires 20% international travel to Mexico. Telecommuting permitted.
