Saviynt Architect
Handle Saviynt L3/L4 escalations, critical incidents, and service requests from L2/L1 teams. Troubleshoot provisioning failures, connector issues, and job failures. Manage user lifecycle operations (JML – Joiner/Mover/Leaver). Maintain and troubleshoot OOTB/custom connectors. Lead Saviynt IGA solution architecture, design, and end-to-end implementation ensuring scalable and secure IAM frameworks. Drive custom development (workflows, rules, REST APIs, Bean Shell/JS) and build custom/enterprise connectors for application integrations.
Own application onboarding lifecycle, including requirement analysis, connector configuration, provisioning flows, and RBAC/SoD validation. Perform code reviews, design validations, and governance control checks to ensure quality, security, and performance compliance. Manage L3 day-to-day operations covering incident handling, service requests, RCA, job monitoring, provisioning issues, certification cycles, and platform maintenance.
