• Identify, isolate, and resolve network security problems

• Team management and managing IT security service deliverables
• Knowledge of IT security technologies, operating systems, database, routing and switching, and endpoint security solutions
• Exposure to best practice design & implementation methodology
• Identify, isolate and resolve network security problems
• Experience with problem and change management processes and applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent leadership skills and teamwork skills; results oriented, high energy, self-motivated
• Exposure to Juniper, McAfee, Net Optics, Checkpoint & Cisco products
• Ensure knowledge up‑gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and client requirements
• Gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology
• Recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices
• Train and develop the team to ensure an adequate supply of trained manpower in the technology and mitigate risks
• Review architecture and design deliverables and support as an SME
• Architect, design and develop (through the team) solutions for product/project & sustenance delivery

• Security certifications preferred (e.g., CISCO CCIE Security)
• CISSP certification
