Remote (Travel to Columbus, OH required as needed)

First round via TEAMS. Local candidates may have an in‑person second round at Rhodes Tower in Columbus.

• Act as an agile scrum master to keep project teams on track, ensure tasks are completed each sprint, and plan/execute future sprints.
• Help build internal Salesforce applications for business customers.
• Use wireframes and screen mock-ups to help development teams and end users visualize requirements.
• Interview internal users to understand current product feature usage and business problems.
• Create user stories and work with UI/UX designers to define product features.
• Collaborate with Developers, Application Architects, and Data Architects to produce technical specifications for custom developments and system integrations.
• Manage product demos with stakeholders to gather feedback for improvements.
• Lead process flow analysis and process redesign.
• Lead requirement discussions to document, analyze, and translate functional and non‑functional business requirements into project specifications, business process diagrams, and workflows.
• Maintain requirements traceability and document change requests.
• Create or update project deliverables, artifacts, and technical specifications in accordance with client requirements.
• Work closely with Architects, Developers, and PMs to define testing strategies.
• Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures.
• Perform Quality Assurance testing to meet project demands.
• Assist the team with troubleshooting problems and developing recommendations/solutions.

• Excellent understanding of the software development life cycle.
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to understand and document technical/functional IT requirements.
• Ability to understand and test technical/functional IT requirements.
• Experience with integration of applications to internal or external systems.
