Minimum years of experience: 7-8 Years. Should have at least 3 years of experience in Bigdata Admin:
Hadoop, MongoDB & Splunk. Plus skills:
Shell Scripting. Degrees:

B.Sc., Any Bigdata related Certification. Industry expertise:
Storage Administration, Windows server/Unix server admin. Other soft skills/aptitude: a. Very good verbal and written English communication and presentation skills b. Effective time management, team handling and organizational skills c. Client interaction and escalation management.

Detailed job responsibilities:

• Looking for senior Hadoop admin resource either in harton works or Claudera platform.
• Candidate should have good MongoDB experience. Candidate should have good real time experience in Unix/Linux platform along with good scripting skills.
• Should have real time experience with day to day Bigdata admin platform management experience.
• Should have worked on cluster set-up, commissioning & decommission of nodes.
• Good exposure to various Hadoop data ingestion, data processing tools like tool set.
• Should be good at Kerbrose and vast exposure to performance tuning and environment hardening exposure.
• Implementation and ongoing MongoDB administration support.
• Installation/Administration/configuration for No
  
  SQL databases such as MongoDB, HBase etc.
• Aligning with the engineering team to propose and deploy new Docker images/network required for creating new and to modify existing environments.
• Should have good background knowledge in reviewing cluster/server requirements for new application setup.
• Should have knowledge in setting up sync between PROD and DR to ensure on high availability.
• Should have good knowledge in Install, configure, Test the Disaster Recovery (DR) strategy monitor system performance after go-live.
• Should have good exposure to Splunk administration.
• Should have good knowledge in Splunk dashboard creation & on-board new application into Splunk.
