Job Description:

• Responsible for gathering business requirements and translating them into Internet/Web architecture to achieve business objectives.
• Analyzes assigned specifications, planning, designing, and developing solutions, utilizing appropriate Internet/intranet/extranet architecture processes supporting a wide range of content—either individually or in concert with project team members.
• Provides appropriate documentation for object design decisions, estimating assumptions, applets, and performance metrics—as required by organization architecture process standards, or as assigned.
• Responsible for minimizing the issues between the client and the server applications and for the overall set-up and design of the Internet and Web server architecture.
• Impact and complexity of this job increases if an organization is utilizing Internet solutions (versus only intranet), especially those with significant business impact (e.g., e-business).
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or another related field. Or equivalent work experience.
• Typically has 7+ years of IT work experience with demonstrated knowledge in architecture design, software development, database management systems and systems integration in multi-platform environments.
• Service Virtualization Architect assess, design, develop, build & manage service virtualization assets across multiple test environments using Parasoft Service Virtualize in order to remove downstream, internal and external dependencies from a client's application development and testing processes, reducing cycle time and improving software quality.
• We are focused on introducing this capability and driving adoption across the organization as complex programs look to integrate Service Virtualization into the SDLC process.
• This resource will provide subject matter expertise and direction on complex projects/initiatives for his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility.
• This position will collaborate with business & IT stakeholders to develop innovative technical enablement solutions to remove impediments on items like Test Data, Environment(s) and/or 3rd party systems.
