• Deliver high‑quality Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) application implementations following the company’s methodology.
• Design and develop technical solutions and act as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding implementations toward best practices.
• Ensure delivery methodologies are followed, assist Project Manager with estimates, detailed work breakdown structures, and accurate project/program governance.
• Provide direct technical mentorship to onshore/offshore development teams, aligning solution design and delivery.
• Develop functional and design specifications; support in‑process gate/maturity reviews and governance reporting.
• Engage daily with customers in Eastern, Central, and South America time zones in real time; collaborate in workshops, meetings, and solution validations.
• Telecommute from a commutable distance is permissible; position requires up to 20% domestic travel.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field plus 60 months of experience in a Solution Architect or related role.
• Experience implementing PLM technology, including customer interactions through workshops or meetings.
• Proficiency in developing estimates, detailed work breakdown structures, and Statement of Work documents.
• Ability to develop functional and design specifications and support maturity reviews and governance reporting.
• Guidance of customer business and IT end‑user departments, including process and solution mentoring.
• Experience with product development and manufacturing processes for life sciences, consumer products, or energy industries.
• Knowledge of C++, JSP, Stylesheet, or ITK programming languages.
