Title: IT Program Manager
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
Position Type: Contract, W2 Only
Compensation Pay Range: $65.00-$70.00 Per HR
Description:
- We are seeking an experienced professional to lead technology delivery initiatives in a hybrid work environment.
- This contract position requires management of application development projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- The successful candidate will work with various technology platforms and ensure seamless program execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technology delivery programs focusing on application development.
- Act as Program Manager and Release Train Engineer (RTE) as needed.
- Oversee end-to-end project execution, including SDLC and change management.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing executive-level updates.
- Collaborate with teams utilizing various technology platforms.
Qualifications:
- 5 8 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager.
- Strong background in technology delivery and SDLC processes.
- Hands‑on experience with Scrum; RTE experience preferred.
- Proven ability to manage change and drive complex initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills for executive-level updates.
