  • Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively
  • Help define and scale reusable patterns and interaction models that support consistency across SAS products
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align on priorities, refine requirements, and ensure high-quality delivery
  • Conduct and apply user research, usability testing, and feedback to inform design decisions
  • Contribute to and leverage the SAS Filament Design System to ensure scalable, consistent design solutions
  • Collaborate with accessibility experts to ensure inclusive and usable experiences
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on React-based front-end applications
  • Embrace curiosity, passion, authenticity, and accountability. These are our values and influence everything we do.

  • Strong interaction design skills across multi-step workflows and cross-product experiences
  • Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Experience working with or contributing to design systems and reusable components
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver user-centered solutions
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and influence outcomes
  • Online portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work (research, workflows, prototypes, and shipped solutions)
  • Equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.
