• 3-5 years of experience with Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) – this person will be aiding in running Azure AD, onboarding applications, ensuring MFA configurations, handling components of employee provisioning/deprovisioning and contributing to access reviews. This team is currently handling a lot of manual processes, but they are looking into technology options from an IGA/PAM perspective for their all-cloud environment. This person will be instrumental in this selection process, and will contribute heavily to this program.
• Strong understanding of IAM and PAM systems and how they relate to governance, identity lifecycle and account management – from a governance perspective, this person should be experienced in privacy and security standards such as ITIL, COBIT, ISO, NIST, etc.
• Passion for growth and the desire to invest in a team – this person should be action-oriented and be invested in the creation of new strategy within the identity space. This team is highly collaborative and they want someone who is a team player.
