The Senior Technical Lead (UIPath) is responsible for overseeing the UIPath projects, ensuring the successful delivery and implementation of automation solutions. They will lead a team of UIPath developers and work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design the automation workflows, and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

• Lead and manage a team of UIPath developers, providing technical expertise and guidance
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and design automation solutions using UIPath
• Develop, test, and implement UIPath workflows to automate business processes and improve efficiency
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to UIPath automation
• Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in UIPath development
• Provide training and mentorship to junior team members on UIPath tools and techniques

• Proficient in UIPath platform, including UIPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots
• Strong knowledge of RPA concepts and best practices
• Experience in developing complex automation workflows using UIPath
• Familiarity with other automation tools and technologies is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams

• UIPath Advanced Developer certification is preferred

Maximum Salary (US): 177000

Minimum Salary (US): 69000
