Senior RPA Technical Lead - UI Path

The Senior Technical Lead (UIPath) is responsible for overseeing the UIPath projects, ensuring the successful delivery and implementation of automation solutions. They will lead a team of UIPath developers and work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design the automation workflows, and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

• Lead and manage a team of uipath developers, providing technical expertise and guidance
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and design automation solutions using uipath
• Develop, test, and implement uipath workflows to automate business processes and improve efficiency
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to uipath automation
• Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in uipath development
• Provide training and mentorship to junior team members on uipath tools and techniques

• Proficient in uipath platform, including uipath studio, orchestrator, and robots
• Strong knowledge of rpa concepts and best practices
• Experience in developing complex automation workflows using uipath
• Familiarity with other automation tools and technologies is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross functional teams

• UIPath Advanced Developer certification is preferred

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.
