Met Life’s Global Technology team is seeking a hands‑on Oracle HCM Cloud Techno‑Functional Consultant to lead end‑to‑end Payroll and Time & Labor implementations. You’ll configure and build technical artifacts (Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher) and collaborate with HR, IT and vendors.
Preferred candidates have 7+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with HDL/HSDL, APIs, and automation tools.
