Job scheduling and monitoring, CA7, Control-M, ESP, Autosys or Tivoli Scheduler, Batch failure analysis and recovery

Roles and Responsibilities

Monitor daily batch jobs and online transactions.
Analyze and resolve production incidents.
Support Severity 1 (Critical) and Severity 2 incidents.
Perform job restarts and reruns.
Analyze abends and failures.
Coordinate with infrastructure, application, and business teams.
Provide on-call support.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis and prepare incident reports.
Support releases and production deployments.

Salary - $80,000 to $110,000

BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
