Met Life seeks a highly skilled Lead Mainframe z/OS Db2 Site Reliability Engineer to join our Global Technology team. You will bridge legacy reliability with modernization, architect and direct mainframe modernization efforts, and ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing Db2 subsystems.
You will guide architecture, collaborate with developers and infrastructure teams, implement CI/CD pipelines, automate DDL/DML requests, and lead resilience testing and data recovery from safeguarded copies.
