We are looking for a skilled professional with strong expertise in Genesys Cloud CX architecture and configuration. The role involves designing scalable and secure Genesys Cloud CX solutions based on business requirements and implementing AI-powered IVA solutions.
- Strong expertise in Genesys Cloud CX architecture and configuration
- Design scalable and secure Genesys Cloud CX solutions based on business needs.
- Design and implement AI powered IVA solutions
- Proficiency in APIs, Web Services (RESTful, JSON, OAuth)
- Knowledge of scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, Power Shell) for automation.
- Good experience on Genesys Cloud CI/CD and Dev Ops
