• Serve as an Onshore Data Engineer (Senior/Expert Level) supporting HEDIS reporting initiatives.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into robust reporting solutions.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, ETL processes, and scripts for healthcare reporting.
• Design, develop, and support data integration workflows using Informatica and Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
• Generate accurate and timely reports leveraging healthcare data assets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies through detailed technical and healthcare domain analysis.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis across multiple healthcare systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across reporting platforms.
• Support continuous improvements in data engineering, reporting, and analytics processes.
• 10+ years of experience as a Data Engineer.

• Hands-on experience with:
• SQL
• ETL Development and Data Integration
• Strong experience developing and optimizing complex SQL queries for reporting and analytics.
• Ability to troubleshoot data discrepancies in-depth from both technical and business/domain perspectives.
• Experience supporting HEDIS reporting and healthcare analytics initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Healthcare Informatics, or a related technical discipline.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will also be considered.

• Experience working with healthcare payers, health plans, or managed care organizations.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory reporting and quality measures.
• Experience with large healthcare data warehouses and analytics environments.
• Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and healthcare compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale reporting and analytics programs.

Pay Range Minimum: $109000

Pay Range Maximum: $161000

A candidate's pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
