• Conduct insightful client consultations, evaluate planning objectives, and craft long‑term solutions.
• Collaborate closely with families, fiduciaries, financial advisors, and firm partners to execute appropriate estate strategies.
• Ensure consistent and clear communication with clients throughout the planning or administration process.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law and good standing with the state bar.
• Preferred experience in trust & estates, probate, or elder law.
• Exceptional drafting skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive client matters with professionalism.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
