- Manage probate proceedings and trust administration effectively from initiation to completion.
- Conduct insightful client consultations, evaluate planning objectives, and craft long‑term solutions.
- Collaborate closely with families, fiduciaries, financial advisors, and firm partners to execute appropriate estate strategies.
- Ensure consistent and clear communication with clients throughout the planning or administration process.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law and good standing with the state bar.
- Preferred experience in trust & estates, probate, or elder law.
- Exceptional drafting skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive client matters with professionalism.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
