Service Pick-Up & Delivery Specialist

Johnson Genesis of Cary is looking for a friendly, driven, confident individual with a positive attitude to fill the role of our Service Pick-Up & Delivery Specialist. Essential Responsibilities:

• Pick-up and deliver guest personal service vehicle at their preferred location
• Pick-up & Deliver the Loaner Vehicles
• Make sure the Guest's and Loaner Cars exceed the guest expectations upon delivery and pick-up
• Follow the Johnson Genesis of Cary PUD and Loaner Procedure
• Perform walk around and sign Loaner Car Agreement
• Perform walk around and sign with guest the Guest Car & Loaner Damage Disclosure
• Use loaner apps
• Always be on the look-out for ways to take the customer experience to the next level (Favorite Flower, Drink, Restaurant, Pest's name/ toy, Band… Put in customer's profile)

General Requirements:

• Sales License (application will be provided)
• Notary License (training will be provided)
• Up-to-date on all Product knowledge
• All Genesis Training done in first 30 days of hire and continuously maintained at 100% complete
• Hours 5 days per week or 40 hours per week SAT-FRI. Exact hours will be set by the GM
• Clock-in and clock-out for lunch
• Proficient knowledge and use of Genesis and Johnson Automotive technology
• Wear Johnson Genesis of Cary Uniform (Genesis Polos (3 will be provided; additional will need to be purchased) with dress pants and shoes; for cold and foul weather, a Johnson Genesis of Cary approved jacket will be provided)
