Johnson Subaru of Cary is seeking a Full-Time Valet to support operations in Cary, NC. The role requires friendly, customer-focused behavior in a fast-paced environment to provide outstanding service to guests. This position is part of Johnson Automotive, one of the fastest growing automotive companies in the Triangle, known for strong customer service and operational excellence.

• Greet all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude, answer questions, and direct them to the appropriate person or location.
• Control sales traffic flow and parking.
• Determine if customers are in for service or sales and obtain proper paperwork, escort them to the waiting area.
• Maintain a clean and safe service drive area (free of dirt, water, leaves, snow, etc.).
• Drive customers to their destination and pick them up after vehicle repairs are complete.
• Use good judgment and safe driving skills; assist passengers getting in and out of vehicles.
• Help keep the coffee bar area clean and replenished.
• Availability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission and operate a vehicle safely.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a team environment.
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance; excellent verbal communication and proper grammar.
• Positive attitude, outgoing personality, friendly demeanor, and strong customer service skills.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Physical requirements:
  
  ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs; continuous physical exertion including walking/standing for long periods; good vision and hearing to safely hear and react to machinery and vehicles.
