Supply Chain / Materials Planning Professional

We are looking for a Supply Chain / Materials Planning professional with strong experience in demand forecasting, inventory management, ERP systems, supplier coordination, and Excel reporting.

Must-Have Profile

• 5+ years of Materials/Demand Planning experience, including forecasting demand, planning material requirements, and maintaining appropriate inventory levels.
• Strong Oracle ERP / MRP experience - able to pull inventory data, review transactions, reconcile discrepancies, and track material availability.
• Experience managing excess, obsolete, and slow-moving inventory, including product lifecycle changes, new product introductions, and inventory exposure/liability.
• Hands-on experience working with suppliers and vendors on forecasts, purchase orders, material availability, shortages, discrepancies, returns, and spare requirements.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills for forecasting, inventory analysis, KPI reporting, and tracking forecast accuracy and inventory exposure.
• Experience developing and maintaining demand forecasts, execution plans, and forecast-to-order processes.
• Experience managing spares strategy, including determining spare requirements for new and existing suppliers.
• Ability to analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual excess/obsolete inventory and communicate financial/material exposure to Finance and business units.
• Strong cross-functional experience working with Supply Chain, Strategic Sourcing, Finance, Operations, Procurement, suppliers, and field teams.
• Strong understanding of inventory transactions, reconciliation, material returns, project inventory, and inventory projections.
• Experience supporting new product introduction (NPI) and product lifecycle management, particularly identifying and mitigating obsolescence risk.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
