Location & Shift
Service Area – Gainesville, FL
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Service and maintain CT (Computed Tomography) and MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) equipment.
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on all Siemens Healthineers equipment.
- Provide timely and effective repairs, and train users to optimize system performance.
- Manage financial performance within your territory through inventory and time management.
- Maintain company assets, including a company car, cell phone, computer, tools, and inventory parts.
- Build and maintain business relationships with customers and peers; perform necessary administrative duties.
- Experience performing service, preventive maintenance, and modifications on medical imaging equipment at customer sites.
- Strong customer‑service and communication skills.
- Proficiency with tools and service test equipment (DMM, oscilloscope, torque wrench, etc.).
- General understanding of electricity, power supplies, and grounding.
- High school diploma required; technical degree, military training, or equivalent preferred.
- 1+ years’ experience as a biomedical engineer, medical technologist, or field service engineer servicing diagnostic instruments.
- Valid driver’s license, independent driving ability day and night, and good driving record.
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders/steps, bend, twist, sit, squat, stand, and reach high.
- Highly organized and able to plan.
- Proficiency in the use of tools and service test equipment.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Physical stamina and good vision.
Base pay: $58,240 – $87,360 per year (range may vary by market, skills, and experience).
