Overview
Together We CAN! The Concierge Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the Security, Transportation, and Reception teams within our retirement community. This role ensures a welcoming, safe, and service-oriented environment for residents, families, guests, and staff. The Concierge Manager sets the standard for hospitality, safety, professionalism, and operational excellence across all front-facing and support services.
Responsibilities- Supervise, schedule and evaluate security, transportation and reception personnel
- Address resident and family concerns related to front desk, transportation or security services
- Ensure community safety protocols and emergency procedures are properly implemented
- Oversee incident reporting and follow-up investigations
- Oversee scheduling and coordination of resident transportation services
- Ensure vehicles are properly maintained and monitor training and safe driving practices
- Manage departmental budgets and maintain accurate records, schedules and reports
- Participate in leadership meetings and strategic planning initiatives
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field preferred
- Experience overseeing security or transportation operations strongly preferred
- Valid NC driver's license
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Desire to serve senior adults
- Strong leadership, communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask and respond calmly in emergency situations
