The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of payroll experience, including 5–7 years in leadership roles. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with federal regulations, developing payroll processes, and providing insightful analysis to leadership. Strong analytical skills and prior experience with Dayforce HCM are highly preferred.
