Position Overview
The Project Manager-Technical Education (Contract) serves as the primary point of contact for all technical education project-related activities and is responsible for
overseeing the successful execution of the program. This initiative emphasizes collaboration among Service Sales, Regional Service Managers (RSMs), and
Technical Education teams to assess hospital compliance related to trained engineers while identifying and delivering targeted educational opportunities
to help customers achieve and maintain compliance. Working closely with Regional Service Managers (RSMs), customers, and Technical Education
leadership, the Account Manager will identify training gaps, develop account-specific engagement plans, coordinate customer communications, and
facilitate engineer enrollment in training programs. This role is critical to driving training participation, ensuring stakeholder visibility, and supporting
successful customer outcomes through technical education.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Account Management
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned project accounts within the Technical Education team.
+ Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with internal teams, customer stakeholders, and key decision-makers.
+ Manage assigned accounts throughout the customer engagement lifecycle.
+ Partner with Regional Service Managers (RSMs) to develop account-specific strategies for hospitals with identified training gaps.
+ Help customers understand available training solutions and compliance requirements.
+ Drive project goals, objectives, and customer engagement activities to successful completion.
Training Coordination
+ Maintain alignment between customer needs, training availability, and project objectives.
+ Participate in project planning and review meetings with RSMs and Technical Education leadership.
+ Identify appropriate technical education offerings based on system-specific training gaps.
+ Coordinate registrations for instructor-led, virtual, and web-based training programs.
+ Monitor enrollment progress and proactively address scheduling or registration challenges.
+ Track training participation and provide status updates to stakeholders.
Communication & Customer Engagement
+ Execute customer communication plans developed in collaboration with RSMs.
+ Conduct outreach to hospitals regarding identified training opportunities.
+ Maintain regular communication regarding training schedules, prerequisites, registration requirements, and compliance expectations.
+ Document customer interactions, project updates, and account activities.
+ Deliver a high-quality customer experience through proactive communication and relationship management.
Required Qualifications
Education, Knowledge & Experience
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline; or 5+ years of relevant experience in a related field.
+ Demonstrated success in account management, customer success, project coordination, healthcare education, or a related field.
+ Experience managing multiple customer accounts, priorities, and transactions simultaneously.
+ SAP experience strongly preferred.
+ Proven ability to successfully perform the key responsibilities outlined above.
+ Ability to travel up to 25% domestically as needed.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer management systems.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Understanding of the healthcare education marketplace.
+
Experience with in diagnostic imaging, healthcare technology, medical devices, or therapy-focused environments.
+ Experience supporting technical training, compliance initiatives, or workforce development programs.
+ Familiarity with healthcare service organizations and hospital-based customer environments.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Cary, NC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $50.00/hr.
