All on the Field is hiring a North Carolina Field Director to lead our paid canvassing and ballot-access programs in Greensboro and Guilford County. The role directs day-to-day field operations, manages a paid canvass team of 20+ workers, and drives program expansion while coordinating with operations staff on recruitment and logistics.
You'll recruit, train, and supervise canvassers and team leads, develop staffing plans, verify hours, and ensure data quality with spot-checks.
