Responsibilities

Lead new production technology implementation and process optimization at MFG sites to enhance efficiency and reduce production lead time.

Optimize production processes through automation tools, Al inspection systems, and information solutions to improve MFG quality standards.

Design production floor logistics, facility layouts, and material flow optimization for manufacturing workshops.

Drive MFG automation and digital transformation initiatives.

Streamline MFG production processes and digitize business workflows.

Develop tooling/fixtures and implement automation solutions for manufacturing operations.

Manage daily operations of production technology department and execute supervisor-assigned tasks.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or above in science and technology.

Have basic English reading, writing and communication skills.

Good communication skills and team spirit; good product quality concept and customer awareness; good executive ability and sense of ownership.
