A high-growth manufacturer is seeking a Director of Manufacturing to lead operations and enhance capacity for ultra-precision small metal parts supporting medical technology. Responsibilities include managing KPIs for safety and quality, developing high-precision manufacturing processes, and leading a strong operational team. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of experience in manufacturing leadership with a focus on continuous improvement and proven success in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
