Fulfillment

Team Lead

Location: Cary, NC

Schedule: Onsite, shift‑based fulfillment operations, 12‑hour shifts (2-2-3-2 schedule).

What You’ll Do
  • Provide advanced day‑to‑day leadership and direction to fulfillment team members during assigned shifts.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact on the floor for workflow coordination, issue resolution, and escalation.
  • Monitor staffing coverage, priorities, and order flow to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Partner with Fulfillment Supervisors to troubleshoot operational issues and support performance expectations.
  • Support receiving, inspection, staging, and shipping activities to meet quality and customer requirements.
  • Assist with reporting, timekeeping review, data entry, and operational documentation.
  • Reinforce safety, security, quality, and ISO‑compliant practices across fulfillment operations.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts and process enhancements within the department.
What You’ll Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 4+ years of experience in fulfillment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing environments.
  • Demonstrated experience leading work on the floor (Team Lead, Senior Associate, or equivalent).
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and warehouse or manufacturing systems.
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast‑paced, production‑driven environment.
