** What You’ll Be Doing
*** Perform mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on aggregate plant equipment.
* Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure safe, efficient operation.
* Diagnose equipment issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
* Assist with equipment installations, adjustments, and component replacements.
* Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow established safety procedures.## ##
** What We Are Looking For
*** Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and repair industrial equipment.
* Capability to interpret technical documents, schematics, and equipment manuals.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
* Commitment to safe work practices and maintaining equipment reliability.## ##
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.## ##
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.## ##
