Machine Operator

Overview

Join our team as a night shift Machine Operator in Cary, NC, where you will use your talent for all things technical to help us produce Cheez-It products. This role is 6pm-6am on a 2-2-3 rotation, with an hourly pay rate of $20.12.

• Packing with Care – Produce high-quality finished goods for our consumers, while ensuring efficient and safe machine operation.
• Managing Machine Performance – Inspect equipment and perform basic adjustments and preventative maintenance.
• Following Best Practices – Follow all company safety rules and good manufacturing practices; demonstrate precision and the ability to work as directed.
• Develop Partnerships – Collaborate with people from all walks of life in a teamwork-oriented environment; show strong communication skills, flexibility, and openness to partnering to achieve goals.

• Ability to work nights on a 12-hour shift.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to stand for long hours and lift up to 50 pounds at or above the waist unassisted.
• Demonstrated ability to operate machinery.
• Regular attendance and punctuality in accordance with company policies; ability to interact well with other employees and work overtime, as necessary.
