Packaging Line Lead SummaryJoin Millennium Print Group as a Packaging Line Lead S3! We are seeking an experienced Packaging Line Lead to support high‑volume production in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This hands‑on leadership role ensures packaging lines operate efficiently, safely, and accurately while meeting quality and customer specifications.
Location: Cary, NC
Schedule: Onsite Shift
Pay & Benefits: Competitive hourly pay + full benefits package
What You’ll Do- Lead daily packaging line operations in a manufacturing/printing environment
- Review job tickets and confirm material accuracy before production
- Perform first‑article inspections and ongoing quality checks
- Assign and coordinate production line staff based on workflow needs
- Monitor production efficiency and address bottlenecks
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices
- Support training and development of team members
- Reinforce standard operating procedures and quality expectations
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of manufacturing, packaging, or printing experience
- 1+ year of team lead or line lead experience
- Ability to read job tickets and production documentation
- Experience in high-volume production, assembly line, or packaging operations preferred
- Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
