Join Millennium Print Group as a Packaging Line Lead S3! We are seeking an experienced Packaging Line Lead to support high‑volume production in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This hands‑on leadership role ensures packaging lines operate efficiently, safely, and accurately while meeting quality and customer specifications.

Location: Cary, NC

Schedule: Onsite Shift

Pay & Benefits: Competitive hourly pay + full benefits package

• Lead daily packaging line operations in a manufacturing/printing environment
• Review job tickets and confirm material accuracy before production
• Perform first‑article inspections and ongoing quality checks
• Assign and coordinate production line staff based on workflow needs
• Monitor production efficiency and address bottlenecks
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices
• Support training and development of team members
• Reinforce standard operating procedures and quality expectations

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of manufacturing, packaging, or printing experience
• 1+ year of team lead or line lead experience
• Ability to read job tickets and production documentation
• Experience in high-volume production, assembly line, or packaging operations preferred
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
